How much can you expect to pay?
Unfortunately, there's not an easy answer since all homes/units vary in size and options. Every home is unique and has different needs, however we do do offer a base price, and only charge additional if the unit is extremely dirty. We take into account number of rooms, the square footage, number of bathrooms, and several more factors in estimating your cleaning rate.
Below is a starting point for apartment cleaning services fees. Prices are based on services for a unit in "typical" condition and "typical" size; prices are subject to change.
